- You may employ foreigners who hold the status of residence as ‘Spouse or child or Japanese National’, ‘Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident’, ‘Long-term Resident’, or ‘Permanent Resident’. These foreigners are able to work any kind of job.
Specialist in Humanities / International Services
Foreigners who intend to work in the section of marketing, accounting, project, sales department, etc., educational background or job experience which are related to the job in your company are required.
For example, if an applicant who has a bachelor’s degree of business administration would like to work in sale department of your company, the applicant have enough chance to obtain the status of residence of Specialist in Humanities.
With regards to International Services, the ministry ordinance exemplifies that translator, interpreter, language instructor, advertising, publication, international operation, designing for clothing or garnishment, etc. will be qualified to be acquired the status.
Regarding the payment for the foreigner staff, at lease the same amount of Japanese staff which around 200,000 yen is required by the ministry ordinance.
Beyond that, authority scrutinizes whether the applicant commit illegal conduct in the past such as accident by driving.
